DESCRIPTION
Grana Padano is a hard, cooked, slow maturing semi-fat cheese, registered as a Protected Designation of Origin under Reg. (EU) 1151/2012. Naturally lactose-free by natural manufacturing process (content less than 0.1 g /100 g). It contains galactose. Product portioned in pieces of approximately 1000 g, packaged in modified atmosphere.

· Primary packaging: vacuum-packed in plastic film
· Secondary packaging: 18- 20 pieces in a cardboard box
CONDITIONS OF USE
It can be eaten as such in flakes or grated or as an ingredient in food preparations. The rind of the cheese is edible as it has not been treated; however, it is advisable to ‘scrape’ it before consumption.
