DESCRIPTION
Full-fat cheese, from pasteurized whole cow’s milk, with raw texture. It is produced, matured and portioned in the entire territory of the Provinces of Bergamo, Brescia, Como, Lecco, Cremona, Milan, Lodi, Monza and Brianza, Pavia, Novara, Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, Treviso.

· Primario: form wrapped in paper suitable for food contact. · Secondario: cardboard box.
CONDITIONS OF USE
It can be consumed as it is or as an ingredient in food preparations. The rind of the cheese is edible as it has no treatments; In any case, we recommend removing it before consumption/use. Store in the refrigerator after consumption.
